Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Sudbury E-Bike offers a 7 day Money Back Guarantee on purchases returned in original packaging (20% re-stocking fee applies) (exceptions apply). This guarantee is applicable only if the unit is in new condition with no damages/user abuse. If the unit is damaged, there are no refunds or exchanges. Shipping & PDI is not refundable. No product will be returned without the original bill of sale. Please call us at 705-969-2453 if you need to return a product.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders require a minimum deposit of $500, or 20% (on orders exceeding $2500) before orders are placed. Deposit minimums may vary based on freight scheduling and unit size (see a sales representitive for more details). This amount will go towards the final price of the unit. The purpose of this deposit is to cover the freight shipping for the unit to our store (at no additional cost to the recipient). 

Sudbury E-bike Inc will order and receive the unit, afterwards the recipient will be notified. Once notified the recipient will have 10 business days to pick up their unit (unless an exception is agreed upon with the sales representative) otherwise the order will be cancelled, and the unit returned to the supplier.

In the case of order cancellation or returns, Sudbury E-bike Inc reserves the right to use a portion of the deposit to cover the freight shipping of the unit from and to the supplier (~$200 per bike, ~$400 per scooter under 250lbs, ~$500 per scooter over 250lbs) and transactional fees associated with the deposit (~5% of the deposit amount).
